Preferred Experience/Skills:
· Two plus years data entry; order processing and customer service
· Experience with accessing data from a database
· Two or more years creating and coordinating processes, communicating with scheduling resources (people and materials), and managing multi-level tasks
· Strong administrative skills
· Demonstrated client service approach
· Strong oral and written communication skills
· MS Word, Excel, Outlook
Responsibilities:
· Provide support to accounts receivable/accounts payable in maintaining and growing business
· Coordinate all aspects of training, including schedules, instructor issues and materials
· Use InSource database to quote and place new orders, answer questions, and research and resolve issues
